Almost the same as our climbing crimp training rungs BUT has a steeper incut of 15 degrees on one side and is flat on the other.

XSmall (XS) - 15mm (0.5")

Small(S) - 20mm (0.75")

Medium(M) - 26mm (1")

Large(L) - 32mm (1.25")  

XLarge (XL) - 45mm (1.75")
